When Everything You Value Shifts at Once

On Venus conjunct Uranus, and the jewelry that marks a turning point.

Something happened in the sky on April 23rd that will not happen again for another 84 years.

Venus, the planet of beauty, love, and self-worth, met Uranus, the planet of sudden awakening and radical change, in the final degrees of Taurus. In astrology this is called a conjunction, meaning they were sitting in exactly the same sign at exactly the same time.

Taurus is the sign that rules what we value. What we own. What we consider worth investing in. What we decide we deserve.

So when these two planets met there, the question the sky was asking was pointed: What needs to shift in how you value yourself?

Uranus does not do subtle. It does not nudge. It illuminates. Sometimes uncomfortably, sometimes exhilaratingly, but always clearly. And Venus in that same moment was asking: Are you ready to receive something new?

For some women, that question showed up as a sudden clarity about a relationship. For others, it was a career decision that finally felt obvious. And for some (maybe you), it showed up as a pull toward something beautiful. Something that felt like it was marking a moment you could not quite name yet.

That pull is worth paying attention to.

I have spent enough time at the bench to know that the women who find their way to intentional jewelry are not usually shopping. They are responding to something. A chapter closing. A version of themselves they are stepping into. A quiet internal voice that says: It is time.

Venus conjunct Uranus only asked that question once in our lifetimes. But the impulse it stirred...toward beauty, toward self-worth, toward marking what matters...that does not expire.

If something shifted for you this week (even quietly), that is worth honoring.

I make pieces for exactly that moment.
