How Long does it take to get my jewelry?
Some items are in stock and will ship in up to two days from date of order. Many items are custom made or made to order, and this process can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity and/or availability of materials.
For our Bespoke Jewelry, the process takes approximately 8 weeks on average, depending on the number of design and/or sizing revisions required.
How are items shipped?
We ship primarily with UPS and USPS. Our packages are always insured against loss and damage. For our Bespoke Jewelry, we sometimes use FedEx, always insured despite the carrier. See our full shipping policy here.
What if I have to return something?
All our products come with a one-year warranty against maker defects. Any items returned are subject to inspection to ensure that the jewelry has been handled carefully. See our full warranty here for more details.
Do you do custom work?
We love and prefer custom work! We have a careful and proprietary process for designing bespoke pieces, including wedding, engagement and commitment rings. Check out our Bespoke offering here.
Where can I find your jewelry?
We sell primarily on this website. You can also find us at Little Blue Market and TikTok Shop. Occasionally, we appear at art fairs in the Denver Metro area.

Are your products ethical and environmentally friendly?
Yes! We use primarily precious metals (gold and silver) that are recycled, and gemstones that are ethically and sustainably sourced. We use only conflict-free diamonds.
In addition, we are an environmentally conscious studio, taking care to minimize waste, recycle any plastics that are used, and use shipping materials that contain post-consumer recycled content.

What exactly is the "bespoke process"?
The bespoke process is a deeply personalized journey where I design a one-of-a-kind ring or pendant specifically for you. You complete a detailed intake form sharing your astrological details, your current story, your vision for the future, and what's standing in your way. I use my expertise as both a certified life coach and jewelry designer to translate your essence into jewelry—selecting stones, metals, and design elements that support who you're becoming.
Do I get to see the design before you make it?
Most clients choose the "blind" process — trusting me completely to interpret their essence and create something magical. The reveal becomes part of the transformative experience. However, if you have a specific design vision or want to collaborate more directly, we can schedule a complimentary design consultation to discuss your preferences.
How long does it take?
The entire process takes a minimum of 4 weeks from the time you submit your intake form. This includes design time, sourcing the perfect stones, and hand-fabricating your piece. Complex designs or precious stone sourcing may require additional time.
What's included in the $444 investment?
Your investment includes the intake process, design work, a sterling silver ring or pendant hand-fabricated specifically for you, and semi-precious or common gemstones selected for both their beauty and metaphysical properties that align with your journey.
Can I upgrade to gold or precious gemstones?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to 14k or 18k gold and/or add precious gemstones like diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, or rubies. Contact me for a custom quote based on your preferences.
What if I don't know my astrological chart?
No problem! If you know your birth date, time, and location, I can pull your chart. If you don't have your birth time, we can work with what you know or focus more deeply on other aspects of your story.
Is this only for milestone occasions?
Not at all! While many clients commission bespoke pieces for birthdays, achievements, or life transitions, you don't need a "reason." Sometimes the act of honoring yourself exactly where you are is reason enough.
What's the difference between a bespoke ring/pendant and fine jewelry/engagement rings?
Bespoke rings and pendants are designed through the intake process based on your personal journey and essence. Fine jewelry and engagement rings are more collaborative—we work together closely through consultations to ensure the design perfectly captures your (or your partner's) vision and love story. Both are hand-fabricated and one-of-a-kind.
Can I commission a bespoke piece as a gift?
Yes! You can complete the intake form on behalf of someone else, or they can complete it themselves. Keep in mind that the most powerful pieces come from the wearer's own story and input. For gifts, I recommend discussing with them first or gifting them a "bespoke jewelry experience" they can claim when ready.
What happens after I submit my intake form?
Within 2-3 business days, I'll reach out to confirm receipt, answer any questions, and let you know the projected timeline for your piece. Then I begin the design process. You'll receive updates along the way, and when your piece is complete, I'll share the story behind the design—why I chose certain stones, what the symbolism means, and how it supports your journey.
What if I'm not sure this is right for me?
If you're feeling the pull but have questions, reach out. We can schedule a brief conversation to see if this feels aligned. Trust your intuition—if something in you is saying "yes," that's often all the confirmation you need.
BESPOKE FINE JEWELRY FAQ
How long does the process take?
Minimum 6-8 weeks from design approval to completion. Complex designs, custom stone sourcing, or platinum work may require 10-12 weeks. I recommend starting at least 3 months before your proposal or wedding date.
Can I surprise my partner with an engagement ring?
Absolutely. Many clients come solo for the initial consultation and design process. I can also involve your partner after the proposal for wedding band design that complements the engagement ring.
What if my partner wants input on the engagement ring design?
We can approach this however feels right for your relationship. Some couples design together from the start. Others do a proposal with a temporary ring, then design the final piece together. We'll find the approach that honors your dynamic.
Do you work with lab-grown diamonds?
Yes! I work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as alternative stones like sapphires, moissanite, and other precious gemstones. We'll discuss the options that align with your values and budget.
What if we want matching wedding bands?
Beautiful. We can design complementary bands that honor both of your styles while creating visual harmony. They don't have to match exactly—they just need to feel like they belong together.
Can you redesign or repurpose inherited jewelry?
Yes. If you have an heirloom piece with sentimental stones or metal, I can incorporate those elements into a new design. This is a beautiful way to honor heritage while creating something that feels authentically yours.
What's included in the investment?
Everything: consultation, custom design work, detailed renderings, premium materials, hand-fabrication, finishing, and one complimentary resize within the first year. You'll also receive care instructions and a certificate of authenticity.
Do you offer warranties or repairs?
Yes. All bespoke fine jewelry comes with a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. I'll repair any manufacturing defects at no cost. Regular maintenance (cleaning, re-polishing, prong tightening) is complimentary for the first two years, then available at a minimal fee.
What metals do you work with?
I work with 14k gold (yellow, white, or rose), 18k gold, and platinum. We'll discuss which metal best suits your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and budget during your consultation.
How do I know what size ring to get?
For surprise proposals, you can borrow one of their existing rings (worn on the same finger), trace it, or ask a friend/family member to help. I also offer one complimentary resize within the first year if needed. For collaborative designs, we'll get an accurate measurement together.
Can you work long-distance?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are not local. We can conduct consultations via video call, share designs digitally, and I ship fully insured worldwide. The process works seamlessly regardless of location.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for pieces over $5,000. We'll discuss terms during your consultation.
What if I don't want a traditional diamond engagement ring?
Then you're in the right place. I love designing with alternative stones—sapphires, emeralds, moissanite, opals, or any gemstone that speaks to you. Your ring should reflect your actual style and values, not tradition's expectations.
How involved will I be in the process?
As involved as you want to be. Some clients prefer a highly collaborative process with frequent check-ins. Others trust me with more creative freedom and check in at key milestones. We have unlimited communication throughout, so you decide the rhythm that feels right.
What happens if I need to adjust the timeline?
Life happens. If your timeline shifts, let me know as soon as possible. Depending on where we are in the process, we can usually adjust. Rush orders (under 6 weeks) may incur an additional fee depending on the design complexity.
