SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are made to order, but several items in our Lifestyle Line exist in inventory in small quantities. Hand-fabricated custom items require a production time of 4-6 weeks, but we always aim to get your treasures to you as quickly as possible!

The bespoke fine jewelry estimate is 4-8 weeks, depending on how quickly designs and models are approved. Fine jewelry items are handled with special care and insured by the most trusted carriers.

Shipping rates within the continental United States are at a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $35 for expedited (next day air) shipping. Orders $150 or more ship free.

To order outside the continental US, please contact us. All shipments are insured for safety.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the goods and services provided, no refunds will be issued. Items that contain maker's defects will be replaced with the exact same item if returned within one year of receipt.
